Welcome to Base Camp Vital (“Base Camp Vital,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), and any purchases you make through the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights. We may suspend or block access if we believe the Site is being misused.

3) Products + Educational Content Disclaimer
Base Camp Vital may offer products and wellness-related educational content (blog posts, guides, tips).
Not medical advice: Any information provided on this Site is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. 4) Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
- We may change product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time.
- By placing an order, you confirm your purchase and shipping information is accurate.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing/description errors. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control. If your package appears lost or damaged, contact us and we’ll help you take the appropriate next steps.
6) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return/Refund Policy (recommended: create a separate page and link it here). If a separate policy is not posted, any return instructions provided on the Site at the time of purchase apply.

13) Giving Back (USO)
Base Camp Vital donates a portion of proceeds to support organizations that serve U.S. service members and military families, including the USO.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base Camp Vital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.
In all cases, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
